Over time, the rollers and their components (springs, bushings, and holders) can fail, creating challenges with uniform sheet transfer. These component failures affect productivity and quality and can lead to jam-ups in the counter ejector.
Sauer System Ward roller eliminator utilizes Sauer System’s proven roller eliminator concept to provide continuous nip pressure as sheets travel through the folding section. Air springs are utilized to create pressure on the belt, while heavy-duty mechanical springs ensure stability.
